Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how XPMatch, Inc. ("XPMatch", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our website, the Experience Fit Score, our creator and business signup forms and, once it launches, the XPMatch app (together, the "Service").

The Service helps people find experiences that fit their own standards. To do that we ask you questions and keep a private taste profile. This policy describes exactly what that involves. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Personal information we collect

You can read our website without giving us any information. If you use the Fit Score, apply as a creator, or join the partner list, we collect the following.

  • Contact details you provide: your first name, email address and, if you choose to add it, a phone number.
  • Fit Score answers: your yes-or-no answers to the ten habit questions, the situation you pick, your 90-day goal, what gets in your way, the kind of help you prefer, the interests you select and anything you type in the open-text box.
  • Your taste profile: the profile we derive from those answers, such as an explorer type, a planning style, a discovery style and scores for each area.
  • Creator applications: your name, email, main platform, handle or link, audience size range, the city you cover, the categories you cover and anything you tell us about why you want to join.
  • Business inquiries: the business name, your name, work email, optional phone number, business type, city, website and what you are interested in.
  • Communications you send us, including feedback, questions and support requests, and any information you choose to include in them.
  • Account information, once accounts launch, such as a password or the details a third-party sign-in provider shares with us.

Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service we and our service providers record technical information such as your device and browser type, operating system, screen size, IP address, the page that referred you, the pages you view and when you view them. We derive an approximate location (city, region and country) from your IP address so we can understand where interest in XPMatch is coming from. We do not collect precise geolocation.

Browser storage. We use your browser's local storage to remember choices such as dismissing the cookie notice. At the time of this policy we do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from service providers that help us run the Service, such as a provider that turns an IP address into an approximate location, and, in the future, from booking or partner services you choose to connect to your account.

2. Sensitive information

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, precise location or detailed spending records. The taste profile works from broad ranges and expectations, not receipts, and we never show your exact spending to anyone.

Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields. If you do, we will treat it under this policy and may delete it.

3. How we use personal information

  • To deliver the Service: calculate your Fit Score, show your results, build and store your taste profile and, later, connect that profile to your account so your matches reflect your standards.
  • To communicate with you: send your results, beta invitations and updates about XPMatch, respond to your messages and follow up on creator applications and business inquiries.
  • To improve the Service: understand how people answer, which experiences fit which profiles and how the website is used. We do most of this analysis in aggregate.
  • To run the Creator Program and partner programs: evaluate applications, prioritize demo requests and communicate about next steps.
  • For safety, security and compliance: protect the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce our Terms of Service and meet our legal obligations.
  • With your consent, for any other purpose we describe at the time we collect the information.

4. Email, text messages and other communications

By giving us your email address you agree that we may email you about the Service, including your Fit Score results, beta invitations and product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional messages such as results, invitations you requested and security notices.

If you give us a phone number, we use it only to contact you about the Service, for example to arrange a concierge onboarding, and only where the law allows. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

5. How we disclose personal information

We share personal information only in the ways described here.

  • Service providers that host our infrastructure and database, turn IP addresses into approximate locations, deliver email and help us analyze how the Service is used. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Partners, in the future, when you choose to book or connect with a venue, host or booking service through XPMatch. We tell you when a listing involves a partnership, and partnerships never change what we tell you about fit.
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and insurers where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities and other parties when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the rights, property or safety of XPMatch, our users or others, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Business transfers, if XPMatch is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • At your direction or with your consent, for example when you share the link to your results page.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

6. Sharing your results

Your results page lives at a private link. Anyone who has the link can view the page, including your first name, your score, your insights and your taste profile summary. Share it only with people you trust. Your email address, phone number and open-text answers are never shown on the results page.

7. Third-party sign-in

When accounts launch we may offer sign-in through providers such as Google or Apple. If you use one, we receive the name and email address the provider shares with us according to your settings with that provider. Their privacy policies govern what they collect.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Deleting your data removes your taste profile and your place on the beta list.
  • Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
  • Browser storage: you can clear local storage through your browser settings. The website keeps working without it.
  • Do Not Track: because there is no common standard for these browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.
  • If you live in California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, you may also have the right to port your data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to a supervisory authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (delivering your results and profile), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service and communicating about the beta), with your consent (optional phone contact and marketing where consent is required) and to meet legal obligations.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and least-privilege credentials for our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention

We keep Fit Score answers, taste profiles and signup information for as long as we run the beta program and any account they become attached to, and for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where that is the applicable age of consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International users

XPMatch is based in the United States and processes information there. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will also notify you by email or with a notice on the Service before it takes effect.

14. How to contact us

Questions, requests and complaints about privacy can be sent to us through the contact page on our website. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can and within any time the law requires.
